We write the job descriptions, screen the portfolios, and hand you interview-ready candidates — or run the hiring for you. Once your person is in the seat, we train them directly on the system.

We configure the AI-powered editing, repurposing, and workflow tools your new hire will run day to day, brand-locked to your colors, your voice, your standards — the same system we use ourselves. Shot lists, content calendars, approval flows, file systems: all installed, all documented.
4. Ongoing Partnership
We don't disappear after handoff. We check in at 30, 60, and 90 days to catch drift before it becomes a habit — and we're available as your fractional creative director for as long as you want us in the room.
